Buy Glucophage XR Canada | what is Metformin?

Buy Glucophage XR Canada | Metformin Is a Medication Used To Treat Type 2 Diabetes. It works by decreasing the amount of glucose (sugar) produced by the liver and improving the body’s sensitivity to insulin, a hormone that helps regulate blood sugar levels.

Metformin is often prescribed alongside lifestyle changes such as a healthy diet and exercise to help manage blood sugar levels. It is usually taken orally, typically two or three times a day with meals.

How do i take Metformin?

Metformin is usually taken orally with a meal, usually once or twice a day as prescribed by a healthcare provider. The dosage and frequency of the medication may vary depending on the individual’s medical condition and response to treatment.

It’s important to take metformin exactly as prescribed and not to change the dose or frequency of the medication without first consulting with a healthcare provider. Taking too much or too little metformin can affect blood sugar levels and may increase the risk of side effects.

It’s also important to follow a healthy diet and exercise regimen while taking metformin to help manage blood sugar levels. In addition, regular blood sugar monitoring and follow-up with a healthcare provider are recommended to ensure that the medication is working effectively and to adjust the dosage if necessary.

Buy Glucophage XR Canada | How does Metformin work?

Metformin works by reducing the amount of glucose (sugar) produced by the liver and improving insulin sensitivity in the body.In people with type 2 diabetes, the liver may produce too much glucose, which can lead to high blood sugar levels. Metformin helps to reduce the amount of glucose produced by the liver, thereby lowering blood sugar levels.Metformin also helps the body to use insulin more effectively. Insulin is a hormone that helps to move glucose from the bloodstream into the body’s cells, where it can be used for energy. In people with type 2 diabetes, the body may become resistant to the effects of insulin, which can lead to high blood sugar levels. Metformin helps to improve insulin sensitivity, which allows the body to use insulin more effectively and lower blood sugar levels. Buy Glucophage XR Canada

Additionally, metformin may also have other beneficial effects on the body, such as reducing inflammation and improving lipid metabolism. These effects may also contribute to its ability to improve blood sugar control in people with type 2 diabetes.

Buy Farxiga Online |what is Dapaglifozin?

Buy Farxiga online | Dapagliflozin is a medication used to treat type 2 diabetes. It belongs to a class of drugs called SGLT2 inhibitors, which work by blocking the reabsorption of glucose in the kidneys, allowing excess glucose to be eliminated through the urine. This helps to lower blood sugar levels in people with type 2 diabetes. Dapagliflozin is taken orally, usually once a day, and may be used alone or in combination with other diabetes medications. It is important to note that dapagliflozin is not recommended for people with type 1 diabetes or diabetic ketoacidosis. As with any medication, dapagliflozin may have side effects, and you should talk to your healthcare provider to determine if it is right for you.

How does Dapaglifozin works?

Dapagliflozin works by blocking the action of a protein called SGLT2, which is responsible for reabsorbing glucose back into the bloodstream in the kidneys. By inhibiting SGLT2, dapagliflozin prevents glucose from being reabsorbed and instead allows it to be excreted in the urine, which reduces the amount of glucose in the bloodstream. This mechanism of action is independent of insulin, so dapagliflozin can be used in people with type 2 diabetes who do not produce enough insulin or who are insulin resistant. By lowering blood glucose levels, dapagliflozin can help to reduce the risk of complications associated with diabetes, such as heart disease, kidney disease, and nerve damage. Additionally, dapagliflozin may also lead to modest weight loss and reduced blood pressure, which can further benefit people with type 2 diabetes.

Buy Jardiance online | what is Empagliflozin ?

Buy Jardiance Online | Empagliflozin is a medication used to treat type 2 diabetes. It belongs to a class of drugs called sodium-glucose cotransporter-2 (SGLT2) inhibitors, which work by blocking the reabsorption of glucose by the kidneys, leading to increased glucose excretion in the urine and lower blood sugar levels.

Empagliflozin is taken orally, usually once daily, and can be used alone or in combination with other diabetes medications. It has been shown to lower blood sugar levels, reduce the risk of cardiovascular events, and lower blood pressure in people with type 2 diabetes.

However, it is important to note that empagliflozin is not suitable for people with type 1 diabetes, and it may cause side effects such as urinary tract infections, genital infections, and dehydration. It is important to discuss the potential benefits and risks of empagliflozin with a healthcare provider before starting treatment.

How does Empagliflozin?

Empagliflozin works by inhibiting the sodium-glucose cotransporter-2 (SGLT2) protein in the kidneys. SGLT2 is responsible for reabsorbing glucose from the urine back into the bloodstream, which contributes to elevated blood glucose levels in people with type 2 diabetes.

By blocking SGLT2, empagliflozin reduces the amount of glucose that is reabsorbed into the bloodstream, allowing it to be excreted in the urine instead. This leads to lower blood glucose levels and improved glycemic control in people with type 2 diabetes.

In addition to lowering blood glucose levels, empagliflozin has also been shown to have other beneficial effects in people with type 2 diabetes, including reducing body weight, improving insulin sensitivity, and reducing the risk of cardiovascular events.

It is important to note that empagliflozin should not be used in people with type 1 diabetes or diabetic ketoacidosis, and it may cause side effects such as dehydration, urinary tract infections, and genital infections. It is important to discuss the potential benefits and risks of empagliflozin with a healthcare provider before starting treatment.

Janumet contains a combination of metformin and sitagliptin. Metformin and sitagliptin are oral diabetes medicines that help control blood sugar levels.

Metformin works by decreasing glucose (sugar) production in the liver and decreasing absorption of glucose by the intestines. Sitagliptin works by regulating the levels of insulin your body produces after eating.

Janumet is used together with diet and exercise to improve blood sugar control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus.

Janumet is not used to treat type 1 diabetes.

Important information

You should not use Janumet if you have severe kidney disease or diabetic ketoacidosis (call your doctor our pharmancist for treatment with insulin).

Janumet may cause a serious condition called lactic acidosis. Get emergency medical help if you have even mild symptoms such as: muscle pain or weakness, numb or cold feeling in your arms and legs, trouble breathing, stomach pain, nausea with vomiting, slow or uneven heart rate, dizziness, or feeling very weak or tired.

Janumet may also lead to a serious condition called pancreatitis. Call your doctor right away if you have severe stomach pains with or without vomiting.

Before taking this medicine

You should not use Janumet if you are allergic to metformin or sitagliptin (Januvia), or if you have severe kidney disease.

To make sure Janumet is safe for you, tell your doctor if you have ever had:

kidney disease (your kidney function may need to be checked before you take this medicine);

liver disease;

heart disease;

pancreatitis;

high triglycerides (a type of fat in the blood);

gallstones; or

alcoholism.

Some people taking metformin develop a serious condition called lactic acidosis. This may be more likely if you have liver or kidney disease, congestive heart failure, surgery, a heart attack or stroke, a severe infection, if you are 65 or older, if you are dehydrated, or if you drink a lot of alcohol. Talk with your doctor or our pharmacist about your risk.

If you need to have surgery or any type of x-ray or CT scan using a dye that is injected into your veins, you may need to temporarily stop taking Janumet. Be sure your caregivers know ahead of time that you are using this medication.

Follow your doctor’s instructions about using Janumet if you are pregnant or you become pregnant. Blood sugar control is very important during pregnancy, and your dose needs may be different during each trimester of pregnancy. Having high blood sugar may cause complications in both the mother and the baby.

It may not be safe to breastfeed while using this medicine. Ask your doctor about any risk. Your dose needs may also be different while you are breastfeeding.

Janumet is not approved for use by anyone younger than 18 years old.

How should I take Janumet?

Take Janumet exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Follow all directions on your prescription label. Do not take this medicine in larger or smaller amounts or for longer than recommended.

Take Janumet with meals.

Do not crush, chew, or break an extended-release tablet. Swallow it whole.

Janumet tablets may not completely dissolve in the body. Part of the tablet may appear in your stool. This is a normal side effect of Janumet and will not make the medicine less effective.

Call your doctor or pharmacist if you see a tablet in your stool several times.

You may have low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) and feel very hungry, dizzy, irritable, confused, anxious, or shaky. To quickly treat hypoglycemia, eat or drink a fast-acting source of sugar (fruit juice, hard candy, crackers, raisins, or non-diet soda).

Your doctor may prescribe a glucagon injection kit in case you have severe hypoglycemia. Be sure your family or close friends know how to give you this injection in an emergency.

Also watch for signs of high blood sugar (hyperglycemia) such as increased thirst or urination, blurred vision, headache, and tiredness.

Blood sugar levels can be affected by stress, illness, surgery, exercise, alcohol use, or skipping meals. Ask your doctor before changing your dose or medication schedule.

Janumet is only part of a complete treatment program that may also include diet, exercise, weight control, regular blood sugar testing, and special medical care. Follow your doctor’s instructions very closely.

Store at room temperature away from moisture and heat.

What happens if I miss a dose?

Take the missed dose as soon as you remember (be sure to take the medicine with food). Skip the missed dose if it is almost time for your next scheduled dose. Do not take extra medicine to make up the missed dose.

What should I avoid while taking Janumet?

Avoid drinking alcohol. It lowers blood sugar and may increase your risk of lactic acidosis.

Janumet side effects

Get emergency medical help if you have signs of an allergic reaction to Janumet: (hives, difficult breathing, swelling in your face or throat) or a severe skin reaction (fever, sore throat, burning in your eyes, skin pain, red or purple skin rash that spreads and causes blistering and peeling).

Stop taking this medicine and call your doctor right away if you have symptoms of pancreatitis: severe pain in your upper stomach spreading to your back, nausea and vomiting, loss of appetite, or fast heartbeats.

Some people develop lactic acidosis while taking metformin. Early symptoms may get worse over time and this condition can be fatal. Stop taking this medicine and get emergency medical help if you have even mild symptoms such as:

unusual muscle pain;

feeling cold;

trouble breathing;

feeling dizzy, light-headed, tired, or very weak;

stomach pain, nausea with vomiting; or

slow or irregular heartbeat.

Call your doctor at once if you have any of these serious side effects:

itching, blisters, breakdown of the outer layer of skin;

severe or ongoing pain in your joints;

little or no urinating; or

shortness of breath (even while lying down), swelling in your legs or feet, rapid weight gain; or

signs of low blood sugar, including headache, sleepiness, dizziness, sweating, feeling jittery, hunger, or fast heartbeat.

Common Janumet side effects may include:

low blood sugar (if you also use insulin or another oral diabetes medication);

upset stomach, gas, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting;

headache, weakness; or

Sitagliptin is used with a proper diet and exercise program and possibly with other medications to control high blood sugar. It is used in people with type 2 diabetes. Controlling high blood sugar helps prevent kidney damage, blindness, nerve problems, loss of limbs, and sexual function problems. Proper control of diabetes may also lessen your risk of a heart attack or stroke.

Sitagliptin is a diabetes drug that works by increasing levels of natural substances called incretins. Incretins help to control blood sugar by increasing insulin release, especially after a meal. They also decrease the amount of sugar your liver makes.

How to use Januvia

Read the Medication Guide provided by your pharmacist before you start using sitagliptin and each time you get a refill. If you have any questions, ask your doctor or pharmacist.

Take this medication by mouth with or without food, as directed by your doctor, usually once daily.

The dosage is based on your medical condition, kidney function, and response to treatment. Take this medication regularly to get the most benefit from it. To help you remember, take it at the same time each day. Carefully follow the medication treatment plan, meal plan, and exercise program your doctor has recommended.

Check your blood sugar regularly as directed by your doctor. Keep track of the results, and share them with your doctor. Tell your doctor if your blood sugar measurements are too high or too low. Your dosage/treatment may need to be changed.

Side Effects

Remember that your doctor has prescribed this medication because he or she has judged that the benefit to you is greater than the risk of side effects. Many people using this medication do not have serious side effects.

Although sitagliptin by itself usually does not cause low blood sugar (hypoglycemia), low blood sugar may occur if this drug is prescribed with other diabetes medications. Talk with your doctor or our pharmacist about whether the dose of your other diabetes medication(s) needs to be lowered.

Symptoms of low blood sugar include sudden sweating, shaking, fast heartbeat, hunger, blurred vision, dizziness, or tingling hands/feet. It is a good habit to carry glucose tablets or gel to treat low blood sugar. If you don’t have these reliable forms of glucose, rapidly raise your blood sugar by eating a quick source of sugar such as table sugar, honey, or candy, or drink fruit juice or non-diet soda. Tell your doctor about the reaction right away. Low blood sugar is more likely if you drink large amounts of alcohol, do unusually heavy exercise, or do not consume enough calories from food. To help prevent low blood sugar, eat meals on a regular schedule, and do not skip meals. Check with your doctor or pharmacist to find out what you should do if you miss a meal.

Symptoms of high blood sugar (hyperglycemia) include thirst, increased urination, confusion, drowsiness, flushing, rapid breathing, and fruity breath odor. If these symptoms occur, tell your doctor right away. Your doctor may need to adjust your diabetes medication(s).

Tell your doctor right away of any serious side effects, including: signs of kidney problems (such as change in the amount of urine), joint pain, unusual skin blisters, signs of heart failure (such as shortness of breath, swelling ankles/feet, unusual tiredness, unusual/sudden weight gain).

Get medical help right away if you have any very serious side effects, including: signs of pancreatitis (such as persistent nausea/vomiting, loss of appetite, severe stomach/abdominal/back pain).

A very serious allergic reaction to this drug is rare. However, get medical help right away if you notice any of the following symptoms of a serious allergic reaction: rash, itching/swelling (especially of the face/tongue/throat), severe dizziness, trouble breathing.

This is not a complete list of possible side effects. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or our pharmacist.

Precautions

Before taking sitagliptin, tell your doctor or our pharmacist if you are allergic to it; or if you have any other allergies. This product may contain inactive ingredients, which can cause allergic reactions or other problems. Talk to your pharmacist for more details.

Before using this medication, tell your doctor or pharmacist your medical history, especially of: kidney disease, heart failure, disease of the pancreas (pancreatitis), stones in your gallbladder (gallstones).

You may experience blurred vision, dizziness, or drowsiness due to extremely low or high blood sugar. Do not drive, use machinery, or do any activity that requires alertness or clear vision until you are sure you can perform such activities safely.

Limit alcohol while taking this medication because it can increase your risk of developing low blood sugar.

It may be harder to control your blood sugar when your body is stressed (such as due to fever, infection, injury, or surgery). Consult your doctor because increased stress may require a change in your treatment plan, medications, or blood sugar testing.

Before having surgery, tell your doctor or dentist about all the products you use (including prescription drugs, nonprescription drugs, and herbal products).

During pregnancy this medication should be used only when clearly needed. Pregnancy may cause or worsen diabetes. Discuss a plan with your doctor for managing your blood sugar while pregnant. Your doctor may change your diabetes treatment during your pregnancy. Discuss the risks and benefits of different treatments (such as diet, exercise, and medications including insulin).

It is unknown whether this drug passes into breast milk. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.

Interactions

Drug interactions may change how your medications work or increase your risk for serious side effects. This document does not contain all possible drug interactions. Keep a list of all the products you use (including prescription/nonprescription drugs and herbal products) and share it with your doctor and our pharmacist. Do not start, stop, or change the dosage of any medicines without your doctor’s approval.

Beta-blocker medications (such as metoprolol, propranolol, glaucoma eye drops such as timolol) may prevent the fast/pounding heartbeat you would usually feel when your blood sugar falls too low (hypoglycemia). Other symptoms of low blood sugar, such as dizziness, hunger, or sweating, are unaffected by these drugs.

Many drugs can affect your blood sugar, making it harder to control. Before you start, stop, or change any medication, talk with your doctor or pharmacist about how the medication may affect your blood sugar. Check your blood sugar regularly as directed and share the results with your doctor. Tell your doctor right away if you have symptoms of high or low blood sugar. (See also Side Effects section.) Your doctor may need to adjust your diabetes medication, exercise program, or diet.

Overdose

If someone has overdosed and has serious symptoms such as passing out or trouble breathing, call 112. Otherwise, call pill doctor pharmacy center right away on +233267000104.

Notes

Do not share this medication with others.

Keep all medical appointments. Laboratory and/or medical tests (such as kidney function tests, blood glucose, hemoglobin A1c) should be performed before your start treatment, periodically to monitor your progress, or to check for side effects.

Attend a diabetes education program to learn more about how to manage your diabetes with medications, diet, exercise, and regular medical exams.

Learn the symptoms of high and low blood sugar and how to treat low blood sugar. Check your blood sugar regularly as directed.

Missed Dose

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is near the time of the next dose, skip the missed dose. Take your next dose at the regular time. Do not double the dose to catch up.

Storage

Store at room temperature away from light and moisture. Do not store in the bathroom. Keep all medications away from children and pets.

Do not flush medications down the toilet or pour them into a drain unless instructed to do so. Properly discard this product when it is expired or no longer needed. Consult our pharmacist.

Metformin is used with a proper diet and exercise program and possibly with other medications to control high blood sugar. It is used in patients with type 2 diabetes. Controlling high blood sugar helps prevent kidney damage, blindness, nerve problems, loss of limbs, and sexual function problems. Proper control of diabetes may also lessen your risk of a heart attack or stroke. Metformin works by helping to restore your body’s proper response to the insulin you naturally produce. It also decreases the amount of sugar that your liver makes and that your stomach/intestines absorb.

How to use Glucophage

Read the Patient Information Leaflet if available from our pharmacist before you start taking metformin and each time you get a refill. If you have any questions, consult your doctor or our pharmacist.

Take this medication by mouth as directed by your doctor, usually 1-3 times a day with meals. Drink plenty of fluids while taking this medication unless otherwise directed by your doctor.

The dosage is based on your medical condition, response to treatment, and other medications you may be taking. Be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist about all the products you use (including prescription drugs, nonprescription drugs, and herbal products). To reduce your risk of side effects (such as upset stomach), your doctor may direct you to start this medication at a low dose and gradually increase your dose. Follow your doctor’s instructions carefully.

Take this medication regularly in order to get the most benefit from it. Remember to use it at the same times each day.

If you are already taking another diabetes drug (such as chlorpropamide), follow your doctor’s directions carefully for stopping/continuing the old drug and starting metformin.

Check your blood sugar regularly as directed by your doctor. Keep track of the results, and share them with your doctor. Tell your doctor if your blood sugar measurements are too high or too low. Your dosage/treatment may need to be changed.

Side Effects

Nausea, vomiting, stomach upset, diarrhea, weakness, or a metallic taste in the mouth may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, tell your doctor or our pharmacist promptly. If stomach symptoms return later (after taking the same dose for several days or weeks), tell your doctor right away. Stomach symptoms that occur after the first days of your treatment may be signs of lactic acidosis.

Remember that your doctor has prescribed this medication because he or she has judged that the benefit to you is greater than the risk of side effects. Many people using this medication do not have serious side effects.

Metformin does not usually cause low blood sugar (hypoglycemia). Low blood sugar may occur if this drug is prescribed with other diabetes medications. Talk with your doctor or pharmacist about whether the dose of your other diabetes medication(s) needs to be lowered.

Stop taking this medication and tell your doctor right away if this very serious side effect occurs: lactic acidosis

Precautions

Before taking this medication, tell your doctor or our pharmacist if you are allergic to metformin; or if you have any other allergies. This product may contain inactive ingredients, which can cause allergic reactions or other problems. Talk to our pharmacist for more details.

Before using this medication, tell your doctor or our pharmacist your medical history, especially of: severe breathing problems (such as obstructive lung disease, severe asthma), blood problems (such as anemia, vitamin B12 deficiency), kidney disease, liver disease.

Before having surgery or any X-ray/scanning procedure using iodinated contrast, tell your doctor or dentist about all the products you use (including prescription drugs, nonprescription drugs, and herbal products). You may need to stop this medication for a short time for the surgery/procedure. Ask your doctor or dentist for instructions before your surgery/procedure.

You may experience blurred vision, dizziness, or drowsiness due to extremely low or high blood sugar. Do not drive, use machinery, or do any activity that requires alertness or clear vision until you are sure you can perform such activities safely.

Limit alcohol while using this medication because it can increase your risk of lactic acidosis and developing low blood sugar.

High fever, “water pills” (diuretics such as hydrochlorothiazide), too much sweating, diarrhea, or vomiting may cause loss of too much body water (dehydration) and increase your risk of lactic acidosis. Stop taking this medication and tell your doctor right away if you have prolonged diarrhea or vomiting. Be sure to drink enough fluids to prevent dehydration unless your doctor directs you otherwise.

It may be harder to control your blood sugar when your body is stressed (such as due to fever, infection, injury, or surgery). Consult your doctor because increased stress may require a change in your treatment plan, medications, or blood sugar testing.

Older adults may be at greater risk for side effects such as low blood sugar or lactic acidosis.

During pregnancy, this medication should be used only when clearly needed. Discuss the risks and benefits with your doctor. Your doctor may direct you to use insulin instead of this product during your pregnancy. Follow your doctor’s instructions carefully.

Metformin can cause changes in the menstrual cycle (promote ovulation) and increase the risk of becoming pregnant. Consult your doctor or our pharmacist about the use of reliable birth control while using this medication.

Metformin passes into breast milk in small amounts.

Before you start, stop, or change any medication, talk with your doctor or our pharmacist about how the medication may affect your blood sugar. Check your blood sugar regularly as directed and share the results with your doctor. Tell your doctor right away if you have symptoms of high or low blood sugar. (See also Side Effects section.) Your doctor may need to adjust your diabetes medication, exercise program, or diet.

Overdose

Symptoms of overdose may include: severe drowsiness, severe nausea/vomiting/diarrhea, rapid breathing, slow/irregular heartbeat.

Notes

Do not share this medication with others.

Attend a diabetes education program to learn more about how to manage your diabetes with medications, diet, exercise, and regular medical exams.

Learn the symptoms of high and low blood sugar and how to treat low blood sugar. Check your blood sugar regularly as directed and share the results with your doctor.

Lab and/or medical tests (such as kidney function, liver function, blood sugar, hemoglobin A1c, complete blood counts) should be done before you start taking this medication and while you are taking it. Keep all medical and lab appointments. Consult your doctor for more details.

Missed Dose

Buy Galvus Met Online | What is Galvus Met?

Buy Galvus Met Online – Galvus Met (Vildagliptin/Metformin) is a medical drug that is indicated in patients suffering from type-2 diabetes. This medicine helps moderate glycaemia levels in patients and may be used in a combination with other drug or alone.

In most cases, patients are prescribed this medicine when other medications used in the treatment of diabetes such as pioglitazone, glipizide, and rosiglitazone have not been able to achieve the desired results. Your physician may prescribe this medicine to you together with exercised and diet.

How do I take Galvus Met?

Galvus Met (Vildagliptin/Metformin) is available as tablets that should only be taken orally. Swallow them whole with a full glass of water. You can take the medicine without food but to prevent the chances of experiencing nausea or stomach upsets, it is advised to take it together with a light meal or after taking food.

For the tablets to be as effective as purposed, they should be absorbed slowly into the bloodstream. Crushing, chewing, dissolving or splitting the tablets will quicken their absorption, and this may lead to their ineffectiveness during treatment. Take your medicine as many times in a day as the doctor instructs you and for as long as your dosage lasts.

What are the side effects of Galus Met?

During your treatment, you may experience troubles while trying to concentrate. It is therefore not advised to be involved in any physical activities that require high levels of concentration such as the operation of heavy machinery or driving as they may be hazardous.

If you suffer from allergies, do not use this medicine as it may lead to fatal allergic reactions which are commonly signaled by; chest tightness, swelling of different body parts due to fluid retention, hives, and skin rashes, difficulties in breathing or swallowing.
